Heather joined MetLife as the Director of Workplace Design for domestic projects and was promoted to lead the Workplace Design + Construction team in implementing a transformative workplace strategy for its worldwide enterprise.  She has led projects ranging from 500 sf to 500,000 sf around the world. MetLife embarked on a transformational workplace strategy to attract and retain the best talent in support of its business. The St. Louis location, required a relocation from an aging campus on the outskirts of the city to a more centralized location.  The workplace strategy and design focused on a flexible and agile environment.  The result is a vibrant workplace with amenities, informal and formal meeting spaces and state-of-the-art technology.
