Heather joined MetLife as the Director of Workplace Design for domestic projects and was promoted to lead the Workplace Design + Construction team in implementing a transformative workplace strategy for its worldwide enterprise.  She has led projects ranging from 500 sf to 500,000 sf around the world. MetLife embarked on a transformational workplace strategy to attract and retain the best talent in support of its business. The Warwick location, housed in an aging building built in 1976, was ripe for update to support the various businesses located within.  This project was a full gut, but phased renovation to maintained business continuity. The result is a vibrant workplace with amenities, informal and formal meeting spaces and state-of-the-art technology.
